Security Group Syncing

In the General Settings at the Top Level of the Site Collection, EPM Live can now be configured for certain groups to sync from the top level to all lower levels. The main benefit to this feature is the ability to specify which groups have permissions automatically when new project workspaces are created. An example business case: An executive group who should have read-only permissions for the whole site collection.

New Feature

Template Selection

In the General Settings at the Top Level of the Site Collection, there is now a menu to select which templates to make available or unavailable when creating new project workspaces. This enables more control regarding which templates users are able to choose when creating project workspaces.

New Feature

EPM Live Administration Menu

The EPM Live Administration Menu in the Top Level Site Settings is now reordered so that it more closely coincides with the sequential order of configuration.

Fix

Timer There is now a log that tracks for the Timer.

Display in Edit Mode In the Manage Editable Fields section of the Enterprise List Settings, the editable fields can now be configured to show an item as Display Only when in the edit mode of a list item. The settings include Always, Never, or Where (a condition is met).

Pop Up Window In the General Settings at the Top Level, there is a setting for whether or not to allow the Pop Up Window when editing settings. New Feature

Day The Resource Planner now uses the SharePoint Calendar to correctly calculate number of days and finish date. Fix

Work Planner

Calendar Options
In every site, there are Regional Settings, such as localization, calendar options, etc. The Resource Planner now uses settings and data from the Regional Settings' Calendar Options for select working days & working hours. New Feature
Task Order When tasks have predecessors, rearranging the order of tasks is now corrected, so that the predecessors are maintained accurately. Fix
Milestones In the Work Planner, the zero day milestones are now corrected, so that it no longer pushes out other dates in the plan when they are linked. Fix
Calculations Fixed issue regarding the calculation of % Complete for different localization formats. Fix
