Download Project Publisher 3.0


Project Publisher was updated to version 3.0 on 10/12/09. When you open Microsoft Office Project for the first time after the update, a window message should pop up with the option to download the new version. Click here if you are not automatically prompted to the update page. Please follow the steps below in order to update to Project Publisher 3.0.

Download the Update:
1. Check the box for Do not show this message again. Click Yes to begin the download.


2. Do you want to run or save this file? Click Save to save the install file locally to your computer.


3. When the download is complete, click Run to begin the Install.


4. Click Run when the confirmation message pops up to run the software.


5. The Project Publisher Wizard will launch. Click Next to follow the Install Setup. Accept the License Agreement. Select Installation Folder (destination where to save the file). Confirm Installation.


6. If you have Microsoft Project open, close the currently open project schedule and click Try Again. Choose whether or not to save changes to the Project schedule before it closes.


7. When the Installation Complete message appears, click Close.


Confirm the current version of Project Publisher:
With Microsoft Project open, click the Project Publisher menu > Help > About.
The most current release of Project Publisher version 3.0.0.900 was released on 10/12/09.
Check the box for Check for updates to be prompted when the next version is released.
