Situation
Founded in 1937, Quincy Medical Group is one of the leading multi-specialty group practices in the Midwest. Quincy needed the ability to manage and view all of their projects across the organization. Each department needed the ability to store and track department-specific information while at the same time maintaining defined standards across the Enterprise.
Solution
Most project owners within Quincy are not Microsoft Project users so they are utilizing a combination of Microsoft Project and EPM Live's Work Planner to create and maintain their department's projects.
Quincy is now able to not only manage their Organization's project related work within EPM Live, but they are also tracking all maintenance requests (Work Requests) within the work management module.
